These flat belts are manufactured from polyurethane as open lengths. They are primarily used in lifting tables, car washes, lift systems or similar. PU flat belts are supplied as open lengths by CONTI® and BRECO®

- Temperature-resistant from -30°C to +80°C (Please request technical advice for applications below -10°C and above +50°C)

CONTI® POLYFLAT F HP
The CONTI® POLYFLAT with profile F HP is a polyurethane flat belt, which is used for space-saving drive configurations in lift systems. It has a belt thickness of 2.3 mm. The backing and running side are made of polyurethane and it features a steel cord tension member. The CONTI® POLYFLAT PU flat belt is maintenance-free and suitable for contraflexure.

BRECO® F1
The BRECO® F1 is a polyurethane flat belt manufactured in open lengths. Its tension members are arranged parallel to the edges of the belt and all assume part of the load. Applications include lifting tables, lift systems or even car washes.
This PU flat belt is available in belt widths 8 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm and 20 mm. Its tension member is either made of steel or stainless steel. Both the belt backing and the running side are made of polyurethane. The BRECO® F1 flat belt is maintenance-free and exhibits low stretch.
