Elastic monolithic belts are particularly suitable for many applications in the transport of bulk food.
We offer AT5 positive-locking conveyor belts as well as friction-locking belts. These are available in widths from 140mm to 750mm and can be individually manufactured to length.
You currently receive twelve different structures that can be combined with each other in almost any way on the feed and running side. Five of these structures (pimples, diamond, smooth matt, as well as longitudinal and transverse grooves) are also available with the unique "MICROclean" surface finish
In addition, product structure and properties open up interesting application possibilities far beyond that, for example:

Form-fitting conveyor belts
The form-fitting AT5 conveyor belts enable slip-free transport, even with the smallest disc diameters of only Ø 18 mm. As a result, conveyor sections with the smallest transfer conditions can now also be implemented with a slip-free AT5 belt solution. Our belt solutions offer very good resistance to microbes, hydrolysis and chemicals, which is given by the careful selection of raw materials for direct food contact.

Frictional elastic conveyor and machine belts
These conveyor belts are installed in the system with a pre-tension of 0.5-5%.
The bearing load and your energy costs are optimized by the exact preload and also ensures optimal power transmission. The belts are guided, for example, via convex discs or welded-on guide wedges.
