Data Privacy
General information
As a user of our website, you will receive in this Data Privacy Policy all the necessary information on how, to what extent and for what purpose we or third parties collect and use data from you. The collection and use of your data takes place exclusively in accordance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). Personal data is collected on a voluntary basis. This data is only passed on with your express consent. In the case of confidential data (e.g. transmission of payment data), SSL encryption is used. We would, however, like to point out that Internet use and e-mail traffic are associated with risks over which we have no control. We therefore recommend that you only disclose personal data to the extent necessary. We will explain to you in detail what happens to your data and which rights you have in connection with the transmission of data to us:
Rights of the Person Concerned
You have comprehensive rights with regard to the processing of your personal data. We will inform you of this rights below:
Right to information according to Art. 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO): You will receive information, at no charge, about the personal data that we have stored about you as well as the origin, the recipient and the purpose of data collection and data processing at any time.
Right to correction according to Art. 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO): You have the right to have any incorrect data concerning you corrected and/or your incomplete data stored by us completed without delay.
Right to deletion according to Art. 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO): You have the right to demand the deletion of your personal data if the requirements of Art. 17, Para. 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) are met. This right shall not apply, however, in particular if processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for fulfilling a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to limitation of processing according to Art. 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO): You have the right to demand the limitation of the processing of your personal data as long as the correctness of your data which you dispute is verified, if you refuse to delete your data due to unauthorised data processing and instead demand the limitation of the processing of your data, if you need your data for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims after we no longer need this data after the purpose has been achieved or if you have lodged an objection due to reasons of your particular situation, as long as it is not yet known whether our legitimate reasons take precedence.
Right to be informed according to Art. 19 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO): If you have exercised your right to correct, cancel or limit the processing of your personal data against the responsible party, this party is obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed of such correction, cancellation or limitation, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed of such recipients.
Right to data transfer according to Art. 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO): You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another responsible party, insofar as this is technically feasible.
Right to revoke consent given according to Art. 7, Para. 3 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO): You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of data at any time with effect for the future. In the event of revocation, we will immediately delete the data concerned, unless further processing cannot be based on a legal basis for processing without consent. The revocation of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent up to the revocation.
Right to appeal according to Art. 77 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO): If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which you are located, at your place of work or at the place where the alleged infringement is alleged, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy. For all requests or questions concerning your personal data, please contact our data protection officer or the address specified in the imprint.

Collection of access data
The presentation of content via our website requires the collection of certain data. When you access our website, these server log files are recorded by us or our provider. This does not allow us to draw any conclusions about you. The corresponding information consists of the name of the website, the file, the current date, the amount of data, the web browser and its version, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet provider, the referrer URL (source page), and the corresponding IP address. This data may also serve statistical purposes and support the provision and continuous improvement of our services.
Provision of Chargeable Services
Insofar as services offered via our website are used for a fee, it may be necessary to collect additional data for billing purposes and for the proper performance of the service. This includes your name, a valid e-mail address, your address and telephone number as well as any further information. This guarantees that you would like to order the services offered and that we can properly invoice the service.
Personal Data
We collect personal data in accordance with the principles of data avoidance and data economy only to the extent and for as long as it is necessary for the use of our website or is required by law. If the purpose of the data collection ceases or the end of the legal storage period is reached, the collected data will be blocked or deleted. Our website can generally be used without disclosing any personal data. If we collect personal data, this data collection is always collected on a voluntary basis.
Disclosure of data to third parties
We will not transfer or otherwise disclose any data to third parties without your express consent.
SSL-Encryption
Our website uses SSL encryption when transmitting confidential or personal content. This applies to the processing of payment transactions, for example.
Please make sure that the SSL encryption is activated for the corresponding activities. You can identify the encryption by the fact that the display in your browser line changes from http:// to .
Data encrypted via SSL cannot be viewed by third parties. Please therefore always transmit your confidential information only with appropriate encryption or by conventional means outside the Internet.
Third-Party Content and Services
The offer on our website may also include content and services from other providers (e.g. maps from Google Maps, YouTube videos, etc.). Calling up these services requires the transmission of your IP address. This makes it possible for these third-party providers to recognise your user IP address and also to store it. In this respect, we have no influence on which third party stores your IP address. This storage can serve statistical purposes, for example. If we become aware of this, we will notify you of this fact. However, please make sure to note the respective data privacy statements of the third party providers to which we refer below.
Use of Google Analytics
If you have given your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC. The responsible service provider in the EU is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google uses cookies, which are text files that are stored on your PC and allow an analysis of how you use our website. The information generated by the cookies is transmitted to a Google server. These servers are typically located in the United States, but they are based on agreements to use the European Economic Area and shorten your IP address before it is transmitted to the United States. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be shortened after transmission to the USA. Google evaluates the transmitted information and provides other services for us, as website operators, within this context. The determined IP address is not merged with other Google services. By changing your browser settings, you can prevent the storage of cookies on your computer. This may, however, be associated with display and functional restrictions when using our website. A browser plug-in also prevents the collection and use of the data generated by the cookies. You can download it at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
