ACE hydraulic dampers are used to regulate process speeds. They are similar in appearance to industrial gas springs but differ in their operation.
Hydraulic dampers can regulate synchronisation in both directions or be used as a compensation element for back- and forward-pivoting loads. The push and pull direction can be set independently and acts bidirectionally. Used as safety elements, these hydraulic dampers prevent the sudden retraction of devices.
Properties:
- Constant feed speed
- Standard models immediately available
- Easy to install
Please refer to the respective data sheet for more detailed properties of the individual hydraulic dampers.
DVC-32
ACE hydraulic dampers work hydraulically, are maintenance-free, ready-to-install, selfcontained systems, which provide for the precise adjustment of push and pull speeds. The DVC-32 series of hydraulic dampers can be set independently in a push and pull direction and acts bi-directionally. They have a compression and extension force of 42 N to 2,000 N and a stroke of 50 mm to 150 mm. These hydraulic dampers are primarily used as safety and compensation elements in the automotive sector and in industrial applications.

HBD-50 to HBD-85
ACE HBD-50 to HBD-85 hydraulic dampers work hydraulically, are maintenance-free, ready-to-install, self-contained systems, which provide for the precise adjustment of push and pull speeds. These hydraulic dampers permit bi-directional speed regulation in both directions and work without free travel. The setting can be made when fitted. Type HBD hydraulic dampers have a compression and extension force of 150 N to 50,000 N and a stroke of 50 mm to 700 mm. These hydraulic dampers are primarily used in the automotive sector, in industry, mechanical engineering and in medical technology.

HBS-28 to HBS-70
ACE HBS-28 to HBS-70 hydraulic dampers work hydraulically, are maintenance-free, ready-to-install, self-contained systems, which provide for the precise adjustment of push and pull speeds.
These hydraulic dampers have a slimline design and are nevertheless powerful. They work without free travel and with a constant feed rate, which can be finely adjusted by tooth adjustment. The wide range of attachments simplifies installation and provides them with universal uses. Type HBS hydraulic dampers have a compression and extension force of 30 N to 40,000 N and a stroke of 50 mm to 800 mm.
These hydraulic dampers are primarily used in traditional mechanical engineering, the electrical and furniture industry and in medical technology.

HB-12 to HB-70
ACE HB-12 to HB-70 hydraulic dampers work hydraulically, are maintenance-free, ready-to-install, self-contained systems, which provide for the simple adjustment of push and pull speeds.
These hydraulic dampers can be used as monodirectional or bidirectional brakes. These hydraulic dampers are characterised by their durability and high quality, thanks to their wear-resistant surface coating. The wide range of attachments simplifies installation and provides them with universal uses. Type HB hydraulic dampers have a compression and extension force of 20 N to 50,000 N and a stroke of 10 mm to 800 mm.
These hydraulic dampers are used, among other things, in classic mechanical engineering, the electrical and furniture industry and in medical technology.
